warts, lice, ringworm?

have a weaner hfr that has had something on her eyelid fro a couple months now..real dry, no hair, cracked looking..thought it was either lice or ringowrm, but she is one of the wilder ones and is kind of hard to catch...(i raise bucking bulls so i dont mind the wild ones except for times like this)..but it has'nt gotten worse so i have been putting it off...i know i got to catch her and do something..just thought i would get an guestimate before hand...

I would think that if it was a wart it woul have fallen off by now, ringworm or lice it would have spread.
I have a cow that has a fiborous rough spot on her shoulder that's been there for years. Doesn't change, just is there. I've alwasy meant to ask the vet when he's by here but have never thought about it in time.
If it doesn't interfere with her use of the eye and the eye isn't watering I'ld just ignore it and see if it changes. But I'm a firm believer in "benign neglect".
