Hello, this is Matthew Frye wanting to let everybody that raises Registered Polled or Horned Herefords in the Mid-Atlantic Region of the United States, that the Virginia Bull Development Program is one of the best programs in the Nation to test your bulls out and compare them to your in herd qualities. Only the best bulls are at the end selected as Virginia's Finest and graduate from the prpgram. All the bulls are then branded with the symbol VF or "Virginia's Finest."
