What was the first vehicle you owned?

Mine was a Mini 1275E, metallic blue. It gave me a bit of trouble with the needle & seat periodically, apart from that a really great little car. One rainy day a guy turned in front of me...I was not injured but the car was a write-off. Looked like this :D

One just like this. 175k miles. Ran like a top. But I sure didn’t like it. A LWB when you’re in high school isn’t near as cool as it is when you grow up and start working out of it!

Mine was a '52 Ford pick up. On its second or third motor. Had a Mercury flat head 8. It was ugly lime green and someone had put Mallard duck decals on both doors. A half dollar size hole in the wind shield low down in front of the steering wheel. A chick magnet it wasn't.

I did have one chick magnet. I had a 69 GTO, wish I still did.
Totaled it on a cow in 1973 one dark night. I might should have said cows as it was a five car pile up. Looked like an audition for a Dukes of Hazard show.

this is one I bought when i was 18....though I'm slowly restoring it..that is moss on the quarter panels.. :cowboy:

Chevy SS Cherry Red with white racing stripes had to be the coolest of the muscle cars. Super Bee in 68 was bad to the bone as well IMOO.

56 rambler classic. What a ride. Gave 50 bucks for it put on a used tire and battery and drove that slant 6 into the ground. Blew out the rear diff racing a 69 396 ss chevelle cause kids are dumb.

Mopars muscle cars hard too beat..I've away been a closet mopar man ....

68 Olds 442 were pretty cool looking as well. Never seen one as quick as the Mopars or most of the GM’s. I can’t remember the power plant. The 442 stood for four barrel, 4 speed and dual exhaust.

A 1959 Chevrolet Impala. Man, I don't think any model of car has every had wings like the 1959 Impala. I paid $200 for it in 1969.
