2/B or not 2/B

I'm planning my spring vaccine order and I have a couple of questions. Thanks in advance to anyone who takes the time to give some feedback. I know that regionally the standard might be different, but here it's common to vaccinate with an 8 way clostridial and a 4 or 5 way MLV (BVD I/II, IBR, BRSV, PI3) at branding and then annually. That's what we've been doing, but there are a lot of other vaccines available as stand alones or in combination with the above.
1. Are pastuerella and mycoplasma standard additions for the home herd or are these vaccines used primarily before shipment or a trip to the auction yard, when they're likely to be stressed and exposed to every illness?
2. Are lepto and vibrio vaccines just for breeding animals (cows/heifers/bulls)? Is this given annually? If the lepto and vibrio are already in the 5 way MLV can I just give it to everyone for the sake of simplicity or are there some who aren't supposed to have it?
3. Cavalry 9 is a 9 way clostridial with tetanus added. With all the rusty barbed wire around here it seems smart to vaccinate for tetanus, but do cows need annual tetanus updates, or does their tetanus shot last a long time like it does for us?
Basically, I was thinking of ordering either Ultrabac 8 or Cavalry 9 (includes tetanus) plus Master Guard 10 + Vibrio (includes Lepto) and using it for 8 cows & 2 heifers in April, prior to breeding in May.
In the fall, the weanlings would need their shots and most would be sold after weaning or as yearlings. The combo I'm considering for them is Ultrabac 8, BoviShield Gold (includes Lepto) or CattleMaster Gold, and One Shot Pastuerella.
I feel confused, am I on the right track?
Thanks and sorry this was so long!
