I found 8 corral panels, one head gate and one feeder for $600 in very good used condition. Is this a fair price or too much?

May or may not be. Preifert panels, 6' tall, here are about $150+ a pop, depending on length. FarmMaster as low as $65. Feeders and headgates both can also vary a lot, depending on brand and model.

We just bought heavey reinforced used 8 foot tall panels for $250 each and a big used rectangular hay saver feeder for $700 so I say if they will work for you that's a good deal.Buy them.Agood heat gate alone is in the $200 to $300 range.

When in doubt I check with the supply joints that sell it new or are familiar with it to see what kind of prices they run.

tncattle, American Farmland may make some good panels but the ones I have seen are made of too light ga. metal. If they are in good condition and the headgate is a good brand, ie, Priefert, Foremost,WW, etc. It is a good deal. A new headgate alone in our area is priced from $500-700.

sounds good to me. the headgate alone would cost atleast that much. panels start to add up too. same with feeders.
