Upper Respritory Problem

Suggestions please! I have a 5 week old calf that seems to have nasal congestion. No temp or lung sounds.. just sounds like a head cold! What would you give her?

If it's not real severe that causes distress I'ld lean towards a tincture of time. If it's severe maybe a human type of allergy pill, i.e. antihistimine. Actually it woould probably take a couple of them.
