This morning while we worked the cows we had a steady mistypisty rain. Didn;t even amount to a tenth inch but it sure made it ugly working in it. Stretched it out to almost 3 hours. As soon as we finished it stopped.
 
Dun, growing up in Western Washington you should feel right at home with that kind of weather. Especially the part about it stopping as soon as you were done working.
 
We had a light drizzle all morning too.. it wasn't too unpleasant to work in though, it was nice and warm.. I'll take any moisture I can get now rather than when I have hay laying
 
Temp topped out at 51 degrees. I don;t handle cold very well anymore, throw in wet and it about kills me.

90 degrees here in my part of Middle GA. Hot, dry, and dusty. Farmers are irrigating watermelons. Sure need some of that rain we complained about in the winter.

The state park got 2 1/2" yesterday, we only ended up with 1/2". And the park is no more than 4 miles from our place.

Before today it's been in the high 70s low 80s for almost a week.
 
We got over 5" here since about 2am.
Another flash flood warning, another severe t-storm warning. Another green, purple, and red radar map.

I have weeks of repairs to fence we are getting hammered every other day. Back of one pasture is now creek just gone downstream.
 
3rd flood in less than 60 days--it's once again a 50+ mile trip to go to Cleveland--normally a 9 mile drive. The river this time is the dirtiest, muddiest looking crap I ever saw come down it.
 
Finally said the heck with it have been ducking and dodging thunder storms all afternoon trying to fence and repair water gaps.
Blue Bell time will worry with it tomorrow again in the hog wallow that used to be pasture.
 
Just now drove me into the house too CB. What an ugly nasty muddy mess.
Didya know, if you let Blue Bell thaw out, it's hard as a rock when it freezes back?
