So as a newbie I bought an old trailer looking to restore it, but I am catching a hard time trying to get a tag for it. Any idea on the manufacturing brand on this trailer? I’m hoping they can point me to the location of the ViN or give me a replacement VIN

Didn't see the picture. May take a few more post before the system let's you post a picture. You might look around on the inside frame of your trailer, just behind the hitch for the vin.

Yeah, I’ve tried the tongue, axel and the lost title thing. Even tried saying it was homemade. I did try to load pictures but it wouldn’t let me

Rather than asking for a lost title, maybe you should ask for a "reconstructed" title. Some places call it a "Salvage" title.

I did the exact same thing. I just said it was homemade and gave them the weight of the trailer

as a retired fireman Ebenezer, I realize all things are possible. The homemade route is what I believe I am going to try, so we shall see wish me luck. In the mean time anyone got any ideas on how to fix the roof cap at the front, the rounded part. Can I just buy a pre made molded cap?
