Just got in from hitting the lake at daylight. It was tough today north wind swells rolling like the bay. Finally we pecked out 13 throw backs like this one.

Also went out this morning for a couple hours on Lake Benbrook. Fished shallow early with a a couple small blacks and some white bass plus one channel cat on a crankbait. The wind died off about 9 and we fished a deep hump for about an hour and caught 3 with one going over 6 lb.
The big fish was having air bladder problems and the son in law used one of these.

It worked very well and the fish returned to the deep. I have fizzed them through the side before but he used this one through the mouth.

I was on Rayburn this morning, I wanted to get some Bald Eagle pictures for GB. Seen several just too far off for a my phone camera.
We were picking up them up in 8 ‘ of water, surface temp was 84 this morning.
