Top Hand

I been using Angus - Top Hand 16860273. He is a SS bull. The catalog has his CED at 18 and BW at -2.9. The Angus site has him at 20 and -3.2 at the current time.

Anyone have any more info on calves they had from him this spring? My favorite little heifer needs a calving ease bull for sure. And my new purebred simmental is also on the small side relative to my other cows so I hope I am OK.

have not used him.....

but....the catalog numbers weere his status at the time of putting the catalog together which was a comparatively long time ago....

Association numbers are migratory changing wiht each new data run....the good news is they are changing in the right direction for calving ease so the data is getting better. ideally the accuracy is increasing as well.
