Too much mineral?

I have been trying to keep my heifers with free choice mineral available to them. They were out of mineral on Wednesday evening. I put 25# in their feeder and they are completely out 2 days later! 11 900# heifers, 25# of mineral in 2 days. Any thoughts or concerns?

Interesting...I was checking the cows this evening and saw they needed mineral. Told my husband and he said he'd put out a full bag yesterday AM.
