On more than one occasion, I have heard an attractive woman being referred to as a 'Thoroughbred'..

I remember Little Boxes when it was popular on the radio....that would be AM radio at the time, as FM hadn't really come into it's own as mainstream yet.

I wonder how many people even listen to the radio now days with the different Pandora, Spotify, ect. The ones the fancy vehicles have for x amount commercial free. People have become spoiled. I remember wiggling the antenna on the radio trying to get a station and waiting all day for a favorite song to play. Now day you just type in the song and wam bam it's at your fingertips.

I have to admit that my favorite Tom T. Hall song was not a Tom T. Hall song, but a Manfred Mann song: "Fox on the Run." In my opinion, Mr. Hall took a bad English rock song and elevated it to a really good country bluegrass song.

I do. Sirius XM channel 31, Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers 90% of the time The other 10% is divided between Willie's Roadhouse and the Frank Sinatra channel.
