FSA is saying these fire burned fences are costing $6.00 a foot to replace. That is $31,680 a mile. I know you can get it done cheaper than that but still $15,000-$20,000 a mile.What does it cost for a mile of 4 strand wire fence contracted?

A well built log fence is maintenance free for 20 years unless a tree falls on it. Replace top logs and blocks about then and it will last another 20Beautiful countryside.
