That's really neat. I eat a lot of egg white omelets. I'm going to try it in the morning. I got a funny feeling it want work on my bantam eggs--------too small. If it does I'm in business. The pampered chef egg separator is a pain to wash. My wife and me divide cooking breakfast all and nothing. I do it all, and she does nothing.
