Tie hooks

One of the tie hooks on my horse trailer was jerked off Saturday. I've studied it a dozen times. I can't figure out how to reattach it. It's a Kiefer Built if that helps anyone.

I can take a pick. Wife has to post them for me. She's busy getting ready for bible school. No telling when it would go up. It's the chin high ones on the side, you tie a horse to. Little horse that did it has never sit back. Don't know what happened. Rumor is my littlest tried to feed it ice cream. Nobody but her knows, and her ain't telling.
