REMEMBER THIS AT CHRISTMAS TIME

According to the Alaska Department of Fish and Game:

"While both male and female reindeer grow antlers in the summer each year, male reindeer drop their antlers at the beginning of winter, usually late November to mid-December. Female reindeer retain their antlers till after they give birth in the spring."

Therefore, according to EVERY historical rendition depicting Santa's reindeer, EVERY single one of them, from Rudolph to Blitzen, had to be a girl.

We should've known... ONLY women would be able to drag a fat man in a red velvet suit all around the world in one night, and not get lost.

that's a good one, made me smile. Guess they need to redo all the rudolf movies and stories to make him a girl

This is simply a bunch of hogwash. Do not be taken in by it.
Not callig any names, but this is no doubt a rumor started by an anti-Chritmas type person. Yes, there are some of those around.

Santa does not use Alaskan reindeer. He has his own herd, developed over many years of careful selection for the very best genetics.
He did not breed for polled or losing antlers. All his animals are homozygous for year 'round antlers.

Dun: are these raindeer blonds? They are the only ones dumb enough to drag a fat man through the snow.

Yeah, yeah, yeah...from a natural blond who pays plenty to keep it that way...

He should have turned 'em black too, so that if they didn't work out at sleigh pullin' or when their sleigh pullin' days were over, he could rake in some of those CAB premiums at cullin' time! :)

You might have a point there.

Culling Santa's reindeer?
Ohhhh, Santa is paying attention ~ this close to Christmas, I think the two of you might just as well forget about hanging the stockings. This does not look good at all.......
