My hoe is a bit bigger and heavier. That only means it will sink faster. :lol: :lol:
I drove off in a hole once and had to use the extend a hoe, tied to several chains on the base of a mesquite tree, to pull myself out. Dragging 150 foot of chain is no fun! If I would have had anyone else there I would have gone and got the Caterpillar, but I was all alone out in the middle of nowhere.
I was pulling slabs of limestone once and the bank fell out from under me with the hoe falling off in the pit on its side. Scared the dickens out of me. I got in on a 45 degree angle or so with the left outrigger and swung the bucket (gingerly) to the left. I righted the hoe eventually and pulled in on down into level ground in the pit.
Hydraulic power is what it is all about.
When I am in a mess like that, the last thing I would want is someone snapping pictures of it :lol: :lol:
