Well I got the commercial cows A.I.'d yesterday. I am glad that is done. I do a synched protocol so I have to get them up 3 times.....what a pain.
A bunch of cows in heat at the same time is hard on corral panels with all of the riding going on. I hope I have a high success rate. We'll see come February. I'm turning the bull in in a few days. Maybe he can tip me off on which cows took. I used a Gelbvieh bull on half and a Balancer on the other half. My registered cattle are spread out a bit so I am awaiting their calves. I plan to use Goldrush Visa, Carolina Fortune and CMFS 6288 on them.
