Texasbred... Is this good stuff or bad? What do you think?

Looks good to me. Has all the goodies in it so should do you a good job. Read mixing directions closely and adjust the amount of milk replacer accordingly.

Agree.
It's what we've raised the last couple of calves that have been orphaned or rejected on.

I'll reiterate TB's recommendation about mixing according to label directions - with an added caution...
Have recently seen a wave of Sodium toxicity cases in calves from a large dairy where they were mixing the milk replacer about 50% stronger than label directions (to get better pre-weaning gains) - not a problem for older calves who are drinking plenty of water, but calves less than 7-10 days of age often don't drink much, even though water is 'available'.
Additionally, have seen several recent reports of Sodium toxicity in bottle calves when folks were using 'softened' water to mix the milk replacer. Most 'water softeners' substitute Na+ for Ca++ & Mg++... resulting in increased Sodium levels in the water, and subsequently in the mixed milk replacer.

thanks what would y'all use to measure it out? I notices it said weigh the milk replacer.
We use that a lot and use the cup that comes with it for measuring it.

Sky I couldn't tell on that one but many milk replacers will tell you how much to mix but it will be for a 100 lb. calf....take that into consideration. Just use the measuring cup that comes in the bag.
