We've had a hard time locating open shows around our area, or within a 2 hr. driving distance. Anyone know of open heifer shows coming up that aren't too far away from the Weatherford TX area? We're not into the points thing. We show Reg. Angus & Beefmaster Cross.

THere is a junior heifer show and prospect steer show at the Van Zandt County Fair on Thursday June 15. There is an open beef show for adults and youth on Saturday June 17.

Look for several shows early fall in the Sherman area. Several of the FFA groups will have shows at Loy Lake. Also, Collin County Youth Park in McKinney will have some. If you don't get The Showbox magazine just go to their website and click on the "on the road" section to see a list of shows throughout the state.
