is there a reasonably priced test that can tell if bull is polled and hair coat color.....need something for commerical bulls that is accurate....how would test be done ..blood or hair?....thanks

Check with UC Davis. They do just about all horse DNA testing. Not sure what all the cattle associations use. UC Davis just wants hair with the bulb still attached to the root.
