A Tennessee father of four has died less than a year after being diagnosed with what doctors call the human form of mad cow disease.

You always grace us with such uplifting stories first thing in the morning...

It would be so much better if they just called it CJD disease. But that wouldn't hurt those that aren't vegans, I'm surprised the liberal media didn't somehow tie global warming into his death.

That's some criminally poor journalism. CJD overwhelmingly does not come from cows and is not the "human form" of Mad Cow disease. BSE comes from cows.

more crap turning people to eat SOY to destroy 'toxic masculinity'

You taking over flounder's job?

Beef prices are on an upward trend so the heavy hitters need to slow things down is my guess. If NCBA was working for US the US cattlemen, they'd of filled a lawsuit against MSN news and People yesterday. Your slandering the beef industry, and defamation is a real possibility. IMO

There is nothing in the article that is defamatory towards the cattle industry. Terrible way to die.

They put the blame squarely on "mad cow disease" and not cronic wasting, cjfd, or any other name it's called by.
Sounds like they blamed cattle to me, and I'm a bit more educated on cattle then the average Joe

I read the article twice, don't see where they put the blame on cattle. They just called the disease how most people would refer to it. I don't see any reason a lawsuit against the news outlet could be filed. I'm not saying it is good for the cattle industry because the average Joe's reading comprehension might lead them to assume something incorrect.
