dont team pen but they have um pretty regular at the state line indoor arena around the hazel green area. use to do some jackpot tiedown roping there they have team roping and barrel racing nice arena. ill try and get the number if your interested . good luck with your stock yard

Our affiliate is looking for a place to have a cattle show. Of course, this is Texas Longhorn cattle. We will be having our sixth show this coming March in Murfreesboro, TN at the MTSU Livestock pavilion. this is a great facility but is pricy. It usually costs around $2,000.00 whan all is said and done. Of course, this wouldn't be so bad if you get the number of entries that you need but you never know until just a few days before the show.
I just noticed that you said something about an area in Hazel Green. I'm in Tennessee so I'm not really familiar with alot of places in Alabama. We have alot of people come to our shows from several states, many from farther south so we are considering going somewhere down in Alabama if we can find a place more reasonable. Basically, we need a place to tie up the haltered cattle and pens to put the non-haltered cattle. Usually, the haltered shows are held in the arena where the cattle can be led. The non-haltered cattle are run out into an area all by class at the same time and the judge walks in amongst them and judges them that way. So, we have to have an area that can hold them for the judging. Does this area sound anything like this? A couple of us were talking the other day about driving down on a weekend and checking out some places. I would appreciate any info that you might could give me. Thanks.
