Swollen Joints 4 Weeks Old

We had a set of twins from a heifer. The heifer (now cow) didn't do such a good job with the twins and we've been bottle feeding. They didn't get enough colostrum and got fevers within a couple of days of birth and we put them on Nuflor for a couple of weeks. One of the twins is doing good now but the other twin has been less than active and now has really swollen leg joints and is having difficulty getting up on her legs. I think based on her pace, she won't be getting up tomorrow. Any suggestions?

Talked to the vet. He said that I can try to keep it alive long enough to butcher it but it will never be right and we need to put a lot of antibiotics in it to keep the heifer going. Probably going to blow its knees out before it gets "better" and it will be cripple. Guess its time make the final call...
