sweetfeed to finnish

My cousin wants to finnish a cow for a week on sweetfeed.
Anybody heard of or done this?

I've done it. Works fine but may be a little pricey right now.

Was it any better than if finnished on corn or other grain?
How good is the meat finnished on grass, Just yellow fat or other problems?

I've never been able to tell the difference with any kind of grain finished beef. Never finished one on grass so don;t know about it.
