sweet corn

Does anyone know what herbicides I can use for broadleaf and grass in my sweet corn patch? Pre or post emergent, I' getting desperate and tired of hoeing. Thanks

Atrazine sprayed just after planting has always done well for me. Once the corn gets up, I push with nitrogen so it can outgrow the grass. Usually works good and its cheap. :lol:

I just used "Aim" and crop oil on my popcorn and Indian corn. I think it is just for broadleaves. It worked well but really dinged the corn. I thought it was going to die. It's come out of it now but is a little uneven and the weeds are DEAD.

There are a some very good herbicides for grasses and or broadleafs, but you have to be licensed to buy it. At least here in MN. Wish I could get some.

2-4-D can be sprayed on corn.
