I'm not sure if this company is the only one that has patented the shoulder holder:

And they don't say much of it (probably 'cause it's self-explanitory, lol), except in the flyer we get in the mail of how it's "excellent for neck injections, eartags, implants, eye exams, and brisket tagging" and "The work place will be a lot SAFER for you and your livestock" and that's it. I'm just curious of what you think of it, or if you've had any personal experience with it (if any at all).
 
Looks like someone trying to re-invent the squeeze chute. Is it supposed to be side or front release and it doesn't look like much in the way of options to get in from the side to brand or treat a wound.Z
 
Don't look like it would work any better than neck extenders on a chute. Looks like something came up with to fetch more money.
