I went outside a total of about 5 times today. You would think that the blizzard would have deterred my black cloud that follows me, but not today.

The doc said he thought it would heal with lots of bed rest. He gave me steroid shots and gave me some pain killers. Oh and one of those donut butt cushions. I guess if it does not start to heal itself i will have to have surgery. So my fingers are crossed.

I hurt mine a while back, don't know if it was broke/bruised or what. Made for a miserable year. Today, more than 5 years later, it's tough getting comfortable after sitting for a while.
