Stray cow tragedy(PIC)

There has been a lot of talk on this board about stray cows the last while or so..

Early thursday morning a few miles east of here a semi logging truck hit a stray cow and lost control and struck a oncoming pickup truck killing the 53 yr old driver .Its hard to tell its even a truck

Very serious business. I've been there and it's a terrible feeling to have one on the loose. It's even worse when the sheriff bangs on your door in the middle of the night and asks you to come to the scene of the accident.

A local around here had cows get hit all the time. Cops told him to fix his fence and he said "why i make more off of the insurance" Then a few months later a lady from washington state hit one and died now the old boy is fighting to stay out of the big house.

D.R , beef11..This kinda of thing shakes a guy up all right..and so it should..

But it does bring together the community.

The community here has already set up a trust fund for the mans young family and are fundraising.
