Depends on the brand, style, etc. I bought a 24' steel Travalong last October and paid $9500 for it. It's a smooth skin inside and out, vented, etc. Pretty much setup as a show trailer.
Around here, if you're looking at a Featherlite aluminum in the same size, you're going to pay around $15,000.
