We believe that a year old calf may have eaten one of the fly strips that you roll out from a tube. We had just put them out in the barn, one must have fallen off the wall and the strip, tube and tack are all gone.
The package says it is pesticide free, but will this cause any problem if it was eaten? They were all acting fine this morning and are continuing to eat as normal.

I can't make promises, but I think you are fine. My 3 month old bottle calf ate one about 2 weeks ago, and he's still here. I was in a state of panic, thinking I would find him dead, but he's as good as ever.

it probably just blew away or got covered up. the only thing might worry about is the tack. i'd just file that away in the back of your head and if you ever have any problem with him (unlikely) you will know to maybe try a magnet or something.
