Steer with swollen navel

I’ve got a 400 lbs bull that I banded on Thursday. The testicles are drying up and looking good but just overnight his navel area and sheath are swollen. He’s a good looking guy and I’m hoping this can be an easy fix. I’ve never ran into this before. Thanks!!!
