Steak, the bar has been raised

Yup those guys at Syracuse can sure grill up a tasty steak! Two questions though, first and foremost is why? Second is who and why think about this? Although it did remind me of a couple of my attempts with the smoker..... :? :lol:
 
The sear Alan its all about the sear. Just don't think you could sear any better than that. :lol2: :lol2:
 
I've been around 2-3 volcanoes in my travels--they all smelled like... (looks around to see who's reading this) ...sulfur. :hide:

Left an acrid taste in my mouth just breathing that air and those steaks probably smelled and tasted the same way.
