We have a lot of old fence to replace and have recently gotten started. We are going to us the high tensile fixed knot design wire (cattle Tuff) manufactured by Stay Tuff, it's 49" with 12" spacing. It's new to our area and I was just wondering if anyone else has used this wire and how well it’s holding up.

If you put in good corners and build per instructions the fence will be their for 50 years , one of the best fences you can build and no more expensive that a 5 wire barb fence. I build a 1200 ft fence , used two 600 ft rolls , attached to corners on each end and spliced together in the middle. It popped up like a net and we attached to post set 25 ft apart. Google it and watch the videos on it,

Thanks, I did watch the videos. We have bought 6 660' rolls so far. Our main corners are 18 to 24" utility poles H braced with 10" post. We are using 4 1/2 to 5 inch line post on 20' centers. I agree that it's no more expensive than 5 wire barb and it looks a lot better to me.
