Ingredients
6 medium size squash cut into 1/2 inch pieces
3 medium size onions - diced (prefer Vidalia)
Lawry's Season Salt
Tones Black Pepper
1 sleeve Ritz Crackers - crumbled
4 oz sharp cheddar cheese - shredded
1/2 stick butter
Cooking Instructions
In a large frying pan, melt 1/2 stick butter and add onions. Season onions with Lawry's season salt and Tones black pepper to taste. On a medium/high heat, cook onions until they are softened (about 5 minutes). Reduce heat to 50 % and add squash. Continue cooking until squash are somewhat softened (cooked). Salt and pepper to taste.
Add Ritz crackers, stir/mix well and then add cheese. Remove from heat and stir in cheese until well blended.
Serves 3 - 4 people
