spot spraying dog fennel question

just a scattered few patches in hermathia hay field. want to spot spray herbicide, suggestions . I use a 20 gallon tank on gator with hand wand. Type herbicide and mix rate for this time of year. southwest florida, August.

May be better to just bush hog it right now. I spray a mixture of Grazon and Remedy in April when it first starts coming up and it works great. I've never sprayed any this late.

Put two ounces of Escort and 2 quarts of Element 4 and a pint/half pint of crop oil or surfactant in your tank and that'll do it.
