I don't think it was staged, now they found a piece of twine at Sanoma that looked like a noose, seems like anything resembles a noose is suspicious, just plays into what's going on now, it's all getting old fast.

It wasn't a noose plain and simple.

Sure looks like a noose to me. I'm sure it wasn't targeted at anyone and probably not done with racial implications, but I can see how with the current racial climate and Bubba's flag controversy how people jumped to conclusions. Same way people jumped to the conclusion that it was just a rope with a loop before they saw pictures.
