Has anyone ever used this or do you think it would work to seal a cracked intake manifold?

Yea, I used it once. Did a pretty good job sealing a pin hole in a radiator. I don't know about your manifold, though. Is the manifold on a tractor or a car (truck)? If its aluminum I don't think anything is going to help short of replacing the manifold. If its corroded it will just spring a leak somewhere else. If its cast iron then its probably not the manifold thats leaking but more than likely a gasket and again the stop leak isn't going to help much.

Sorry I couldn't offer a better outcome.

Thanks for the information. It is aluminum on a car. My husband found out today that these cars had a class action lawsuit because of this very thing. We did not get a notice. The dealer said they were sent to the original owners and since we bought used we didn't get one. He said there was a 3 month window to get it fixed or get a sum of money. This all took place last year-wouldn't you know it? Oh well, we are going to go ahead and replace it.
