One winter morning a husband and wife in northern Ohio
were listening to the radio during breakfast. They heard the announcer say,
"We are going to have 8 to 10 inches of snow today. You must park your car
on the even-numbered side of the street, so the snowplows can get through."
So the good wife went out and moved her car.

A week later while they are eating breakfast again, the radio announcer
said, "We are expecting 10 to 12 inches of snow today. You must park your
car on the odd-numbered side of the street, so the snowplows can get
through." The good wife went out and moved her car again.

The next week they are again having breakfast, when the radio announcer
says, "We are expecting 12 to 14 inches of snow today.
You must park..."

Then the electric power went out.The good wife was very upset, and with a
worried look on her face she said, "Honey, I don't know what to do. Which
side of the street do I need to park on so the snowplows can get through?"

With the love and understanding in his voice that all men who are married
to Blondes exhibit, the husband replied,

"Why don't you just leave it in the garage this time?"

Chrisy, I defended your honor a couple of months ago when someone asked if you were blonde. I told them that anyone who successfully raised a child to 18 years young could not possibly be blonde.

How is your son doing, by the way?

Earl......I am blonde and have always been so, and have raised four Children, one is 32, one 30 my Son 18 and the other one died when he was 25. of leukemia.
My 18 year old he is doing really well, he has taken an apprenticeship in Motor Machanics, and has passed his first stage with a distinction, his bosses are very pleased with him as are we. He seems to have turned a leaf and grown up, got rid of the bad rubbish and is keeping very good company with his friends. He has apologised for all of what he put us through, and now says he wishes he had done better at school, but as I have said to him 'school does not suit everyone and you are OK now and that is all that matters'.

and may I thank you for sticking up for me, in the past. born blonde, will always be blonde, but need a little help from a bottle now days. but the grey doesn't show to much.

Chrisy, I am so sorry to hear of your loss. For those of us who have never experienced a loss of a child can't possibly imagine how painful that might have been.

I have two grown children, one boy and one girl. My Son was always a pretty good kid and never really gave us a lot of grief. My daughter, on the other hand, well, all I can say is that they do turn back into human beings around thirty, some a little sooner.

Good to hear from you - even if you are blonde. :lol: :lol: :lol:
