Smells like cheese! and the dogs really seem to love it! Its calf poop! So I've been thinking. I wonder if it tastes good. We could be sitting on a gold mine here in the spring and not even know it. I don't want to try it myself though. So, I was thinking of maybe hiring some PETA activists as my test subjects and having them try it. I need a really good gourmet sounding name though like 'Taurapoopoo' or maybe something a bit more French. Its all about the marketing. You know how those high falutin' city types, if its got some good exotic name and its expensive, they'll buy it. Then, if it does taste good, it just becomes a matter of collecting it, so I'll just hire back the same people I had in for the taste test. Those guys must be chronically unemployed anyway if they have so much time to go to all those protests and stuff. Any ideas for a good exotic name? I want to get started on this while the idea is ripe.

Looking at snails in my grandaddys well when I was little I would have never thought people would eat something like that. Add to that fish eggs and oysters. Gross!

My dogs like poop also. Cow eats corn, poops. Chicken eats corn from cow pattie and poops. Dog eats chicken poop. Again, Gross!

Probably a good idea after what I heard on the news the other day. This is true - they are selling coffee made out of beans which have gone through a luwak's (cat like creature) digestive system. The luwaks eat the beans then excrete them. They wash them and make coffee out of them. They charge abou $30.00 a cup for this coffee in the US. Supposedly the beans come out unharmed but chemically changed. It is a smooth, less bitter cup of coffee. I don't drink coffee and I don't think I will start with this kind!

so it could be 'Herbes le Vache fromage creme', if it is going to be a cream cheese, as most smelly French cheese is creamed like i.e Brie and Camambert. You could mix it with a few herbs Parsley, Sage, Thyme they are strong herbs and a little cream and there you have the mixture.....I hope if this takes off I will be listed in the creation of this delicacy, if you use any of my suggestions. :lol: It could become International. an American - Anglo thing. :roll: ;-)
