Small-town banks

I carry froghides.
Finally got a debit card for farm and fuel.
Spent most of the morning cancelling and getting my money back.
Some station I filled up at must have had a reader. The scum was steadily skimming it.
I would really like to have a come to Jesus talk with the piece of monkey shyt that did it.

Sounds like some of you guys, could benefit from a revolving line of credit. Your putting your banker in a tough spot asking them to cover checks when the money isn't there. They are acting happy to do it. They are honoring your friendship and your business. Honor their friendship, and support their business by setting up one.

BF as a banker in a previous life I can assure you that the banker really enjoys the opportunity to help out his customers. He is the one that usually says "write a check and come in when you can and we'll make a note". Nobody is put in a bind. Keep in mind we're talking small town banks as well where everyone knows everyone and the office is a real bank, not just a small branch of a much larger bank that requires a call to the main office before you can wipe your rear.

TB the small town banks arnt like they used tobe in the days of old.even if you have a good banker.they still have todo alot of stuff that was unheard of 40yrs ago.as for getting credit built up in your name.ill tell you what my banker told me a few years ago.dont worry about getting credit cards you do not need them.you need something come to the bank.
