Skin issue

My 8 month old calf has been having episodes of dry, flaking skin on the sides and back of her neck, as well as the knobby spot at the top of her skull between her ears. She is a bottle calf we raised. Does not cohabitate with any other cows or animals. Has minerals at will. Grass fed. We initially thought it was lice and have treated her several times. I’ve combed the areas looking for lice or any other creepy crawly but have not found anything. It almost seems that the oils/greasy component of the UltraBoss has helped settle it down for about two weeks at a time. Otherwise healthy. Any thoughts/insight?

Personally I'd leave it be. That what I have done in the past when one of mine looks like that and it clears up on its own

It's dandruff. Perfectly normal.
