is there a service where one can enter data on heifers or cows (maybe epd's or actual data) and they be matched with bloodlines or AI sires that would improve offspring? is this crazy?

Some of the breed associations have something like that .. a breeding "model". I don't know if there's a commercial site that's similar or not.
