Single Strand Electic Fence

I have been using 180,000 psi steel wire for single strand electric fence. I like the weight of the aluminum wire spools - - but am concerned how well it will hold up in use.

Any success with or recommendations on aluminum wire?

I have been using 2 & 3 strand hi-tensile aluminum for several years and its holding up very well. It's better for my porposes than the galv. steel.
