Nice deep bodied heifer. I prefer the traditional colours but nevertheless a very nice heifer. I don't ever recall seeing a black Simmie in the showring here,though there are breeders of them here in Australia.

Nice. How old is she? I was trying to compare her to some here. I'm trying to bring up some black heifers.

She's a May born heifer
Nice heifer. Deep, appears really thick, good muscling down the hind leg, good bone, leg set looks good. Slopes a little too much from hook to pin, don't like the tail set, and she has too much leather up front.
If you are looking at a replacement heifer, she is great. If you are planning on showing her, she'll work under some judges (especially the university & extension ones). I'm sure with a halter on & her head held up high, she'll look a lot cleaner up front & you can "fix" the tail set with adhesive on her topline.
What's her pedigree - appears to have some Fleckvieh in her.

That neck sweat works good but you have to constantly keep watching them. Whats her sire? I don't think she will make much of a show heifer to those younger judges.
