Replacing section teeth on a old new Holland Moco . The set I found local look identical in size, holes line up etc. But their under serrated instead of top serrated. .... problem????

Nope, no problem at all. Use as usual. I don't care for the bottom serrated as they tend to gunk up with dirt and mud in the serrations, which dulls them out quicker.

If you flip them over, it won't keep your cutting edge in line, unless you do the entire knife that way.

I have bought a lot of sickle knifes and parts from this place.

Both will cut, but I prefer the top serrated. They want gum up as easy and the flat part fits better/closer to the guard. If I had them I would go ahead and use. One advantage to the bottom serrated is you can re-sharpen and not jeopardize the guard to knife clearance.

Here is a picture of top and bottom serrated knives.......
