I have this calf, she is about 4 to 5 months old, Bought her from auction about 2 to 3 weeks ago. I could tell she was sick at the time but the price was right. I thought she was stressed and maybe shipping fever, she wasn't that bad off. I have her in the barn on 12% sweet feed and Hay, she eats and drinks but doesn't seem to be getting any better. She drools alot, sort of rolls her tougue back in forth in ther mouth while eating more so then normal, Very runny eyes, can't hold no weight, discharge from her nose, she is weak and moves at a slow pace. I have been giving her pencillian and have wormed her so far, with little to no results. Florida. I think I will try LIQUAMYCIN LA-200 any ideas.

The only things I can think of is maybe something in her mouth and give her a serious antibiotic like Nuflor, Baytril, Excenel, etc...............

Get the calf in the head gate and check inside her mouth. Flush with a weak tea like water and iodine solution with a flushing syringe.
Then take the temp of the calf
All the vet
Get a BVD and IBR test
Quarrentine the animal including water trough and feed

What's her temperature?

An animal that's sick or in pain uses a lot of energy... no surprise she won't gain weight. Take her temp and figure out if she has an infection (anything from joints to navel to pneumonia to myco... etc) or if she has a normal temperature, then perhaps it's viral (BVD, IBR, etc), or something totally unrelated (something in her mouth, hardware, tooth or jaw abcess, etc).

Getting a vet to look at her would be a good call too.
