Sick Calf

I have a sick calf that I have quite a time with and have never had this type of problem. He approx week old calf that is constantly is getting up and down as well as backing up and swishing his tail. He seldom nurses the mother and seems to never get comfortable. Just wondering if anyone has seen this problem before.

Have you seen him defecate or urinate? Possible constipation issues? Bladder issues? Does he have a fever?

Give the calve a Fleet Enema. You can pick one up at any drug store. Beware...Don't stand directly behind the calve after injecting enema.
