Could not sleep so I was working on some picture albums last night ran across these pictures. Them fairs might be fun but they sure can wear a kid out :D

Great photos. you can always tell the difference in the kids who are doing the work themselves, and those that are just being handed a halter just before the animal walks in the ring. ;-)

Yea I am the lazy one in the family! It is fun to watch them hard at it. At home they both do their own feeding, they have a little old red wagon, that they put a bag of feed in and pull into their heifer pen, both lift into the trough and dump it out. They about got that little red wagon wore out.

We have a couple girls that show at our fair, and win lots of Grands in different animals. Last year heard one ask dad what all she was showing? You never see those kids even once at fair till it is day to show.
