Your all crazy, in a crazy world, and i'm the only sane one, because I only weigh 135.

That is what I weighed when I was 30 years old. I now weigh about 160 at 64.

I have wondered about small builds. Is the lumen of our arteries also smaller? Of course, in a relative sense to a much bigger person. So will it take less time for our arteries to suffer from a build up of plaque? Would seem so. Isn't that a cheerful thought.

I don't think a large fat man's heart is any bigger than a smaller person's. Just works harder.
Referencing the other disscussion. A shame TTCLM / TMBP
isn't around anymore. He'd clear this up quick. Boasted he had arms like tree trunks. Often would offer to drive to your house and tweak your azz.

 Larry yogurt and fruit for bfast and lunch and a normal dinner you will shed lbs quick... The first weeks rough cause your stomach hasn't shrunk yet but after that you drink 2 glasses of water and feel full. It works I just hate yogurt.[/quote]

hey Sky, have you tried nonfat Greek yogurt? It's very rich and you won't believe it's nonfat.
Get you some plain nonfat Greek yogurt. Mix with frozen blueberries (or blackberries) and Splenda. Mash it up a bit. It's like dessert! Very good, with very few calories and a gob of protein and calcium. Sprinkle a little flaxseed on top if you like.
